1. Reservation & Deposit

To secure your private Flores overland, Sumba package, or Komodo phinisi charter, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance (70%) must be settled at least 7 days before the tour start date, or in cash upon arrival as coordinated with our travel designers.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions Policy

Each private package includes specific items tailored to your trip. Standard configurations include:

• Included: Private air-conditioned vehicle with driver, English-speaking guiding staff, entrance fees to destinations (including Kelimutu crater and traditional villages), accommodation matching your selected standard, and mineral water.
• Excluded: Domestic or international flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, additional snacks), and tips for guiding staff and drivers.

3. Changes & Customizations

As a flexible, customer-oriented Flores Tour Operator, we allow changes to your private overland route or timing due to flight updates or weather alerts. Our team coordinates modifications directly to minimize disruptions.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before start: full refund of deposit minus banking fees.
• Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before start: 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before start: deposits are non-refundable but can be credited for future travel dates.
